Special Sunday workshop focusing on the Woman's part with guest instructor Maral Kojayan.
Born to Armenian parents in Lebanon, Maral was encouraged to explore her interest and talent in dance and movement from a very young age, starting with Yoga at age 5, moving on to theater and then finding her true passion in dance.
Having been on stage from the age of 6, Maral has trained in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap and Ice Skating, along with Contemporary Dance. Since discovering Tango, she has con on to launch a successful career as a dancer and instructor, and is currently based in Buenos Aires.
She studied with many of the best tango masters, and has been a an assistant in the CITA 2007 & 2008 tango festivals in Buenos Aires. She is regularly invited to teach at festivals in North America and Europe.
